In short
- We collect only what is needed to run a scan and show you a report.
- We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers.
- Your email is kept only after you confirm it by clicking the link we send (double opt-in).
- You can ask us to delete your data, or to stop scanning your site, at any time: support@elaichix.com.
What we collect and why

To run a scan our servers fetch public pages and files from the address you gave us, and look up public DNS and certificate-transparency records for it. The domain name is therefore sent to those public services. We do not log in to your site and we do not submit forms.
Why we ask you to prove ownership
The free scan looks only at what any visitor to the site can see. Deeper checks (files at well-known paths, scripts, subdomains, takeover risks, an internal link crawl) generate more requests and describe a site's weak points, so we run them, and release the full report, only for a domain whose owner proved control. You prove it by adding a DNS TXT record or by publishing a small text file on the site. The code you publish is tied to your browser, so someone who reads your DNS cannot reuse it. We keep only the fact that the proof was found (see the table above).
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare runs the scanner (hosting, database, rate limits) and provides the Turnstile bot check shown before a scan.
- Resend delivers the confirmation and report emails, so it receives your email address and the message text.
These providers process data on our instructions. They may handle data outside Bangladesh. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
Your choices
- Delete or access your data: email support@elaichix.com from the address you used. We delete your email, name and role and any monitoring tied to them.
- Stop emails: reply "stop" or write to the same address.

আমরা কী রাখি
- স্ক্যান করা ওয়েবসাইটের ঠিকানা ও ফলাফল: সর্বোচ্চ ১৮০ দিন, তারপর মুছে যায়।
- আপনার আইপি অ্যাড্রেসের হ্যাশ (সংকেতে বদলানো রূপ): সরাসরি আইপি আমরা ডেটাবেসে রাখি না। এটি দিয়ে বিনামূল্যের স্ক্যানের সীমা ও অপব্যবহার ঠেকানো হয়। সম্মতির রেকর্ড (আপনি বলেছেন সাইটটি আপনার বা অনুমতি আছে) সর্বোচ্চ ৩৬৫ দিন থাকে।
- একটি ছোট কুকি: শুধু আপনার ব্রাউজার চেনার জন্য। বিজ্ঞাপন বা ট্র্যাকিংয়ের জন্য নয়।
- ইমেইল: আপনি পুরো রিপোর্ট চাইলে তবেই। নিশ্চিত না করলে ৭ দিন পরে মুছে যায়। নিশ্চিত করলে সর্বোচ্চ ১৮০ দিন, অথবা আপনি মুছে ফেলতে বলা পর্যন্ত।
- মালিকানার প্রমাণ: ডোমেইনের নাম ও প্রমাণের ধরন, ৯০ দিন।
- নামহীন পরিসংখ্যান: মাস, ডোমেইনের শেষাংশের দল (যেমন .bd), গ্রেড ও স্কোর। ডোমেইনের নাম, আইপি বা ইমেইল থাকে না।
কেন মালিকানার প্রমাণ চাই
বিনামূল্যের স্ক্যান শুধু সেই তথ্য দেখে, যা যেকোনো দর্শক দেখতে পায়। গভীর পরীক্ষা ও পুরো রিপোর্ট শুধু সেই সাইটের মালিককে দেওয়া হয়, যিনি ডিএনএস রেকর্ড বা একটি ছোট ফাইল দিয়ে প্রমাণ করেছেন যে সাইটটি তাঁর নিয়ন্ত্রণে। এতে অন্যের সাইটের দুর্বলতার তথ্য অন্য কেউ পায় না।
আমাদের সঙ্গে যারা কাজ করে
Cloudflare স্ক্যানার চালায় এবং স্ক্যানের আগে বট-যাচাই (Turnstile) দেখায়। Resend ইমেইল পাঠায়। আমরা অন্য কারও সঙ্গে তথ্য শেয়ার করি না।
